To download all files on a webpage from your browser, you can simply save the webpage as a "Webpage, Complete" format.

With this way, you can download the CSS, image, JS and all the other elements on the CURRENT page only, and if you want to download some other elements that are linked to some other pages, you can check out the following 2 free extensions:

1. DownThemAll!

DownThemAll!

DownThemAll! is a Firefox add-on, which is available for you to download the images, videos, documents and nearly all the other media files on the current webpage, as well as the links to other webpages.

You can right-click on any webpage, and select the "DownThemAll!" option to filter those files you don't like to download, or select the "dTa OneClick" option to download all the detected files directly. And you can also change the download process, such as to limit the download speed, to save files in another folder, to delete the uncompleted downloads, etc.
