Although there are some great PSD template like @problogger’s, and there is a video that tells people how to edit the PDF files, I still don’t want to create a twitter background with Photoshop, since which is not a free nut. 
So I go to look for a free twitter background which is easy to be customized. There are many websites which offer free twitter background, but most of them are only pictures, no text or logo can be added, or you have to pay for the text and logo. But luckily, there are three nice websites for me to customize the twitter background with some texts as well as my blog logo.
TwitBacks allow you to add photos, logos, and texts to your twitter background, but the only un-perfect thing is that there will be a badge on the left bottom, and you have to pay $4.99 if you want to remove the badge.
My Tweet Space allows to add text, photo and logo to the twitter background, which size and font can be changed. But the logo is missing when the twitter background is missing, where is it? By the way, there will be a Badge on the left top unless you pay for it.
You can add some words, an image or a shape on the twitter background, but I do not like Free Twitter Designer, since only 1280 x 1024 size can be downloaded even though I choose the size 1920 x 1200. But since it is still a beta, maybe it will improve later, let’s see.
