Making An Invitation Form via Prefinery

Usually, there will be a bata version before a website formally launches, and you maybe only want to invite some people to test the beta version, I think that’s why Prefinery launched.

Via Prefinery, you can create an invitation form easily, and then embed the invitation form to your website. Or you can create a tester page on Prefinery, and then use your own domain for the tester page.

Below is the invitation I created on Prefinery:

The above invitation form is just for a sample, please DO NOT send any thing through it. :-)

Prefinery is a nice service if you would like to invite someone to test your beta website. And I think it’s nice to share you below information:

1. For free account, you can only see 50 testers, the balance will be hidden.

2. There was something wrong when I imported CSV file, since only 7 among more than 100 contacts were imported, the others were missing.

3. There will be no report for free account.

4. you can customize the invitation letter before it is sent to the applicant.
