1. Twitpic
You can sign in Twitpic with Twitter OAuth and upload GIF, JPG or PNG images, or you can publish photos to Twitpic by sending them to the email address it offers to you.
2. TweetPhoto
You can sign in TweetPhoto with Twitter OAuth, upload GIF, JPG or PNG images, and then send them to Twitter, besides which, you can also post the photos to Facebook, MySpace, LinkedIn or Foursquare.
3. Img.ly
You can log in img.ly with Twitter OAuth, upload a JPG, PNG or GIF image, add your message, and then post it to Twitter. You can also choose the photo link position between right and left.
4. Yfrog
You can sign in yfrog with Twitter OAuth, upload a photo from your computer or a webpage URL, or you can upload photos to yfrog by sending them to the email address it offers to you. And you can also upload or record a video.

I know it doesn’t fall under this because it isn’t inherently a photo-sharing site, but one of my favorites is Posterous. I like that I can share anything through them, although, it is more of a blog than sharing site.
