Post more than 140 Characters on Twitter with Tweetc

There was 10 websites for you to post more than 140 characters on Twitter, and now, there is another nice website for you to do that.

John Turner has recommended his website Tweetc, which will let you post more than 140 characters on Twitter.

On the homepage of Tweetc, you will see the timeline of the latest tweets that posted via Tweetc. You sign in with Twitter OAuth, input your message as many characters as you like, and click Post to Twitter, then Tweetc will send the first few characters as well as a URL to Twitter. When your Twitter friends click the URL, they will see your original message on Tweetc. Whether your information is more or less than 140 characters, there will be always a Tweetc URL added in the sent tweet.

When your friends visit your message on Tweetc, they can view your bio, follow you, retweet your message, leave comments, or subscribe the comments via emails or RSS readers.

Another fresh feature of Tweetc is that it lets you update via email. You will see your unique Tweetc email address on the Settings, which will look like this:

freenuts.5dn3oolh@tweetc-app.appspotmail.com

During the test, I found a problem, which was that when I signed in Tweetc with @FreeNuts, everything’s OK, but when I signed in with @Young_Yang, I just saw a blank page. Please advise if you know how that happened.

Go to visit Tweetc if you like it. If you have any interesting and free web apps, welcome to leave a comment below or submit it via the contact form.

thx for the write up! I'm not sure why you got an error when loggin in with @Young_Yang. I'll go through my logs and see I can find out what happened.

@John Turner Have you found the reason? Is it possible that because my account @young_yang is mainly written in Chinese?
