@GailCarneyUdell Hello, yes you can integrate a photo in a v-card. But this is not a good idea, since the QR Code would get very very big! A better approach is to create a mobile businesscard.
http://qrd.by/mobile-businesscard lets you create a QR Code with a Landingpage that holds the vcard with an image you provide.

    Hey @Young Young,

may i ask you to add to your list of resources a brand new QR Code generator that is able to track and trace any generated URL QR Code WITHOUT the need for a user account and totally free? Afaik http://www.qrcode-generator24.com is the only one that is able to do that.
It´s also possible to integrate it on your own website as a widget. I created another  QR Code generator 5 month ago but i think my new generator is much more better and powerful.

All the best to you, keep up the good work! – I love your Blog –

it is also important the the QR code be dynamic vs static, I know at least one of these mentioned does have dynamic codes, but most free generators do not.  Qfuse does offer free dynamic codes (along with free mobile sites).  For a bit more of an explanation on the difference between dynamic and static codes you might check out this article here from their blog: http://qfuse.com/blog/all-qr-codes-are-not-equal-static-vs-dynamic-codes/
