The above letter is created by NiceLetter, which is a website that lets you write letters online easily for free.
No need to register, just input the names and the addresses of yours and the receipt’s, select the sent date, and type in the content, then you are able to download the letter in PDF format or RTF format. The output of the PDF format letter just looks like the above image, and the output of the RTF format letter will look like below image:
As you can see, the output of the RTF format letter is not as good as the PDF format letter, which I think is a bug for Niceletter. Do you have any other ways to write a letter online easily?
Update: Regarding the output of the RTF format letter, Franck from Niceletter wrote to me and said:
This corresponds to some formatting around the horizontal rule that will not show if you actually print the document. Only the horizontal rule will show. Unlike PDF, RTF natively lets you edit the document hence some formatting shown such as tables, carriage returns and line feeds.
So, the red circle in the above image is normal and not a bug.
