16 days ago, my Google AdSense account was re-enabled, and now, it was disabled again.

Yesterday, I shared the interview about Google AdSense by Daniel Scocco last year on Free Nuts, and when waking up this morning, the Google AdSense ad serving has been disabled to the site, do you think which will be caused by the post?

I don't think so, since according to the email from the Google AdSense team (as what you can see in the end of this email), there are copyrighted materials on the site, and the following post is an example:

The above post is a review of the Rapidmaniac website, which is available for you to search the RapidShare files only, no files hosted on its own server, so I do not think there is any copyright material issue on the post.

In case I were wrong, and the post did violate the copyright policy, all the other sites that introduce Rapidmaniac would have the same issue, but most if not all of them still run Google AdSense, such as the following 6 big ones:

1. AboutUs

AboutUs Rapidmaniac

2. Rapidmaniac

3. Markosweb

Markosweb Rapidmaniac

4. KillerStartups

KillerStartups Rapidmaniac

5. Alexa

Alexa Rapidmaniac

6. Google

Google Web Search Rapidmaniac

Among all the above 6 sites, there are descriptions about and links to the RapidManiac website, but there are also Google AdSense, too.

So I think the Google AdSense team's punishment was biased against me, and I was going to submit an appeal, but afraid which might cause the entire account disabled, what shall I do?

The Google AdSense Team

According to the email from the Google AdSense team, the problem of the post about Rapidmaniac was that there are copyrighted materials, not illegal or adult contents.

And all the files on the site are from Rapidshare — at least as what it said, so if there is problem to link to Rapidmaniac, linking to Rapidshare will be also violate the AdSense policies, whether of copyright, illegal or adult contents, right?

But, Rapidmaniac is different than what it was in 2009 when I introduced it, and it doesn’t offer the particular Rapidshare URLs of the files, what is more, most of the files on the sites are about adult contents, I had to delete the post any way, but you which you can still read from the following image:
