How To Get Access To WikiLeaks

WikileaksOn December 2, 2010, WikiLeaks was shut down since its domain wikiLeaks.org was “killed by US everydns.net after claimed mass attacks”.

As a not-for-profit media organization, WikiLeaks “publishes and comments on leaked documents alleging government and corporate misconduct”, such as the Afghan War Diary, Iraq War Logs, US Diplomatic cables, etc.

The misconduct of government and corporation isn’t country secret, and people have the right to know what happen to their country and big company, so WikiLeaks should not be guilty or punished because of telling the truth.

Unfortunately, things always turn to be complex, not only everydns.net did shut down WikiLeaks, but also Amazon kicked the site off its servers. So the wikileaks.org domain isn’t workable now, but we can get access to WikiLeaks via its other URLs.

How To Get Access To WikiLeaks

Now, you can get access to WikiLeaks via below URLs directly:

The above URLs are formal, since they are shared by WikiLeaks on Twitter. Besides, you can also get access to WikiLeaks via below two URLs directly:

The sites of the above two URLs are same as the one of the first five, so I think they are all created by the WikiLeaks team.

I have no idea how long the above URLs will be workable, if they are not, you can check the updates from @wikileaks, or just search “wikileaks” on Twitter.

By the way, if the above three URLs are blocked in your country or location, you can get access to them with proxy websites, VPN services, or proxy softwares.

Update:

WikiLeaks is currently mirrored on more than 1000 sites, which means that you can get access to WikiLeaks via http://wikileaks.ch/mirrors.html (Not available any more).
